In this review, the paper furnishes object identification's relationship with video investi-gation and picture understanding, it has pulled in much exploration consideration as of late. Customary item identification strategies are based on high-quality highlights and shallow teachable models. This survey paper presents one such strategy which is named as Optical Flow method. This strategy is discovered to be stronger and more effective for moving item recognition and the equivalent has been appeared by an investigation in this review paper. Applying optical stream to a picture gives stream vectors of the focus-es comparing to the moving items. Next piece of denoting the necessary moving object of interest checks to the post preparation. Post handling is the real commitment of the review paper for moving item identification issues. Their presentation effectively deteri-orates by developing complex troupes which join numerous low-level picture highlights with significant level setting from object indicators and scene classifiers. With the fast advancement in profound learning, all the more useful assets, which can learn semantic, significant level, further highlights, are acquainted with address the issues existing in customary designs. These models carry on contrastingly in network design, preparing system, and advancement work, and so on In this review paper, we give an audit on pro-found learning-based item location systems. Our survey starts with a short presenta-tion on the historical backdrop of profound learning and its agent device, in particular Convolutional Neural Network (CNN)

In our everyday life, we come across many relationships. One of the most unique relationships is friendship which we encounter with different people in different situations of our lives. This paper discusses the friendship experienced by Kambar which he has expressed through his occasional verses. Friendship has been classified into five kinds based on the experiences of Kambar culled out from his occasional verses. The five kinds of friendship are (i) friendship based on gratitude, (ii) friendship based on caste to which he belongs, (iii) friendship based on his scholarliness, (iv)Friendship based on profit and (v) friendship based on love

Background: The objective is to determine the prevalence of the hepatitis B and C virus among pregnant women, to assess impact of maternal hepatitis B virus (HBV) or hepatitis C virus (HCV) carrier status on pregnancy outcomes and to gauge the risk factors associated with them. Antenatal clinic attenders and women undergoing termination of pregnancy over three years. Methods: The study was conducted in Gian Sagar Medical College & Hospital, Patiala, Punjab, India. Hepatitis B antigen and Hepatitis C virus antibody testing of sera from specimens sent to the hospital laboratory for routine serological testing. The results were then linked to risk information, obstetric complications and pregnancy outcome. Results: Overall HBsAg and anti-hepatitis C antibody prevalence was 1.2% (33/2031). Increased risk of transmission was associated with sexually transmitted diseases and previous surgical procedures. High rates of preterm labor pains, CD (27.27%), and non-reassuring fetal heart rate patterns and meconium stained liquor were found in the seropositive patients. Conclusions: Maternal hepatitis B and C carrier status is an eminent risk factor for adverse pregnancy outcome.

Literary Interpretations based on the studies on Occasional Verses of the Medieval Period

Poets recreate their innermost feelings in the minds of the readers through their poems. In addition, the vast majority of occasional verses sung on poets’ own emotions. They are therefore classified as autobiographical poems. In these songs, poets not only write about the beauty of nature but also about their experiences of life and the literary world. Literature composed of pleasure, humour, carefree contentment, and the emotions of fear, sadness, anxiety, pain, rivalry, jealousy, frustration, and struggle are largely discussed in the occasional verses of medieval literature. The role of literature in the sociological and psychological analysis of the everyday life problems of poets becomes an integral part of their themes. How do the problems that this society affect the soul of an individual? In it, one can learn from the literature of the time. The success of the creators is that they create the best literature related to human life. Further, the uniqueness and personality of a poet are known by the excellence of his or her conceptual style. This article studies the verses that have been excluded from the history of Tamil literature, and known as the "Occasional Verses Collection (Single Anthology)"

Deletion mutants of protective antigen that inhibit anthrax toxin both in vitro and in vivo

The anthrax toxin complex is primarily responsible for most of the symptoms of anthrax. This complex is composed of three proteins, anthrax protective antigen, anthrax edema factor, and anthrax lethal factor. The three proteins act in binary combination of protective antigen plus edema factor (edema toxin) and protective antigen plus lethal factor (lethal toxin) that paralyze the host defenses and eventually kill the host. Both edema factor and lethal factor are intracellularly acting proteins that require protective antigen for their delivery into the host cell. In this study, we show that deletion of certain residues of protective antigen results in variants of protective antigen that inhibit the action of anthrax toxin both in vitro and in vivo. These mutants protected mice against both lethal toxin and edema toxin challenge, even when injected at a 1:8 ratio relative to the wild-type protein. Thus, these mutant proteins are promising candidates that may be used to neutralize the action of anthrax toxin

Biochemical effects of feeding soft drink and ethanol

333-337This work was undertaken to study whether consumption of alcoholic beverage mixed with soft drinks could reduce the metabolic effect caused by ethanol. When 24 hr fasted rats were intragastrically fed rum (with 40% ethanol) diluted (1:1) with water, 3.0 ml (0.5 g ethanol) per 100 g body weight and sacrificed 12 hr later in fasting condition, exhibited higher levels of triacyl glycerol, glucose, total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein (HDL), aspartate amino transferase (AST), alanine amino transferase (ALT) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) in serum, higher levels of total cholesterol, triacyl glycerol and thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS) in both liver and kidneys, and lower levels of serum albumin. When fasted rats were fed 3.0 ml soft drink (0.31 mg caffeine), they showed increased levels of triacyl glycerol, glucose, ALT and ALP in the serum, TBARS in liver and kidneys, triacyl glycerol and total cholesterol in kidneys and lower levels of serum albumin. Soft drink feeding did not reduce serum total cholesterol but reduced HDL levels. Also soft drink did not alter liver lipids. When a mixture of 1.5 ml diluted rum (0.25 g ethanol) and 1.5 ml soft drink (0.154 mg caffeine) were fed to the fasted rats, the serum parameters increased similar to rats fed rum only except that total cholesterol and HDL cholesterol were unaltered. TBARS in kidneys and liver were also increased but triacyl glycerol levels were not altered. Thus feeding ethanol with soft drink does not reduce the metabolic effects of ethanol but it will prevent ethanol induced serum HDL cholesterol rise

Mathematical modeling of free convective MHD flow of temperature and heap transfer effects on caisson fluid over an oscillatory vertical plate

In general, some static analysis of the predictable flow of the compressible and caisson fluid of some infinite vertical plates is determined by taking into account its varying mass or constant fluid flow and the uniform increase of the partition temperature. Differential equations can be predicted using different components of the Laplace transformation technique. Usually, two different solutions are available when the fluid flows in a particular direction. In this paper, an improved method for calculating the velocity of different fluids is proposed. Its possibilities are designed to calculate the different types of events that take place near the high temperature plates of the liquid. The results are compared with the flow along the plates at a near constant temperature
